Software Engineerは、QVC Internationalをサポートし、QVCJapanの物流拠点における倉庫システムの開発・運用を担当いただきます。本ポジションでは、物流オペレーションと連動するシステムの改善・最適化を通じて、サプライチェーン全体の効率化に貢献いただきます。

勤務場所

• 本ポジションはハイブリッドであり、週に1-2日 幕張本社、佐倉FCでの勤務が必要です（出社日は事前に決めらており、会社全体で統一されています）

仕事内容

• 倉庫管理システム（WMS/WCS）の開発・運用・保守
• サプライチェーン／物流関連システムの改善・最適化
• 倉庫現場と連携した要件定義・課題解決
• システムトラブル対応および改善施策の実施
• 各種データの分析およびレポーティング

応募資格

【必要な経験/スキル/資格】

• 業務アプリケーションの開発経験5年以上（Java、.NET等）
• 複数のプログラミング言語およびフレームワークに関する知識・実装経験
• アプリケーション開発手法に関する深い理解
• SQL等を用いたデータ分析・調査経験（Oracleがメイン）
• 普通自動車運転免許

【歓迎する経験/能力】

• BtoC小売業界における物流業務の理解をお持ちの方
• AIエージェントを活用した業務プロセス自動化の設計経験
