We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist who can manage the complete online marketing of a growing Australian service business.
The right candidate should be able to plan, execute, track and improve campaigns—not only prepare reports.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns
Monitor budgets, bidding, search terms, negative keywords, conversions and cost per lead
Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
Plan and implement on-page, technical and local SEO
Perform keyword research and map keywords to the correct website pages
Build genuine, relevant backlinks through outreach, citations and digital PR
Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles
Improve website content, landing pages, forms and conversion rates
Work with WordPress and make basic website content updates
Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and conversion tracking
Create ad copy, social media content, website content and marketing offers
Track phone calls, enquiries, bookings and lead quality
Research competitors and identify new growth opportunities
Prepare clear weekly reports showing work completed, results and next priorities
Required Skills
Practical experience in SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads
Strong understanding of backlink building and off-page SEO
Experience generating qualified leads for service businesses
Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation
Experience with WordPress, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console
Ability to set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking
Good written English and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Honest, organised, proactive and performance-focused approach
Experience working with Australian, UK, US or Canadian businesses will be highly regarded.
