About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences at Quranium. You will play a key role in shaping user interactions, ensuring seamless workflows, and enhancing engagement across our platforms. As a senior designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex ideas into simple, elegant, and functional designs.

Responsibilities

Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to implementation.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance designs.
Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Advocate for user-centered design principles across teams.
Optimize UI/UX for accessibility and responsiveness.
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to maintain visual consistency.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or blockchain.
Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
Experience in user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design decisions.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development (a plus but not required).
Strong understanding of design systems, typography, and color theory.
Ability to balance creativity with functionality and user needs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience designing for Web3, blockchain, or fintech is a plus.
