Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX/UI Designer & Developer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role leads user-centered design and front-end development efforts throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), starting from Discovery through to deployment. You’ll be responsible for conducting in-depth user research, crafting personas and journey maps, designing intuitive prototypes, and bringing design concepts to life using cutting-edge front-end technologies.

Day-To-Day Duties and Responsibilities**

• Lead and execute user research during the Discovery phase and beyond, producing detailed deliverables such as personas, journey maps, interview guides, and research summaries.

• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.

• Advocate for Human-Centered Design principles and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate research and design into seamless user experiences.

• Utilize HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and Angular to build responsive and browser-agnostic interfaces that align with design specifications.

• Participate in iterative design processes informed by ongoing user testing and stakeholder feedback.

Minimum Qualifications (Standard)

• 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design and front-end development.

• Proven expertise in user research methodologies and generating actionable insights.

• Mastery of design tools such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD.

• Strong front-end development skills using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Practical experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular.

• Deep understanding of accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
