Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX/UI Designer & Developer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role leads user-centered design and front-end development efforts throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), starting from Discovery through to deployment. You’ll be responsible for conducting in-depth user research, crafting personas and journey maps, designing intuitive prototypes, and bringing design concepts to life using cutting-edge front-end technologies.

Day-To-Day Duties and Responsibilities**
Lead and execute user research during the Discovery phase and beyond, producing detailed deliverables such as personas, journey maps, interview guides, and research summaries.
Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
Advocate for Human-Centered Design principles and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate research and design into seamless user experiences.
Utilize HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and Angular to build responsive and browser-agnostic interfaces that align with design specifications.
Participate in iterative design processes informed by ongoing user testing and stakeholder feedback.
Minimum Qualifications (Standard)
8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design and front-end development.
Proven expertise in user research methodologies and generating actionable insights.
Mastery of design tools such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD.
Strong front-end development skills using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Practical experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular.
Deep understanding of accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
