Position:
- The role will involve planning & managing projects and other initiatives at pace.
- Coordination of activity across internal and client teams will make up a large part of your daily work and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues and clients is key.
- Diligent use of project control tools such as Action Trackers, RAID and Project Finance sheets will be required to stay in control of things.
- Flexibility and responsiveness whilst at times working in ambiguity is vital.
- Mentorship and supervision over junior members of staff.
Requirements:
- Highly organised, efficient and able to manage multiple activities at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Diligent with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with excellent numeracy.
- Task orientated approach with the desire and ability to get things done.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
