We’re now looking for a SEO and Paid Ads Specialist to join our remote team and help us scale Quizell’s growth through high-impact marketing campaigns, smart budget allocation, and data-driven strategy.

Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization for our main site and landing pages
• Improve organic visibility and rankings for key pages and product use cases
• Monitor and optimize site speed, crawlability, metadata, and other technical SEO aspects
• Work closely with content and product teams to align SEO strategy with business goals

Paid Advertising (PPC)

• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms (G2, Capterra, Shopify App Store, and more)
• A/B test ad creatives, copy, and audiences to improve CTR and conversion rates
• Track performance, manage budgets, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
• Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve ROAS and lead quality

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in SEO and Paid Ads (ideally with SaaS or eCommerce brands)
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnel optimization, and attribution
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Self-starter, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing B2B SaaS or marketing tools
• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Wix, and BigCommerce
• Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Webflow, and Ads management platforms
• Background in startups or high-growth tech companies
