Position Overview

At Quire, we are more than advisors—we are builders, operators, and strategic catalysts. We work with some of the most innovative executives, founders, and investors in media, tech, and culture. We’re looking for a Senior Marketing & Content Consultant to help us turn our client work, case studies, and events into compelling, high-quality content that resonates with a very specific and valuable audience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves to write, brief designers, manage content calendars, and work directly with leadership to bring sharp ideas to life. You’ll help turn positioning into presence—using content and marketing channels to drive conversation, connection, and growth.

Why This Role Is Unique at Quire

This role offers the opportunity to build on a strong strategic and creative foundation, helping to shape how we present our work and our brand to the world. You’ll join a high-performing, founder-led team where marketing is viewed as a core driver of reputation, client engagement, and business growth. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and committed to excellence.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate brings experience in professional services or boutique advisory environments and is confident operating within high-expectation, execution-focused teams. You are adept at refining and enhancing existing strategies and materials, not reinventing them. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills, and you approach your work with professionalism, attention to detail, and a low-ego, collaborative mindset. You thrive when delivering high-quality, impactful work in a fast-moving environment.

ALL NEW CONSULTANTS WHO HOPE TO WORK WITH QUIRE MUST PROVIDE INFORMATION ON HOW YOUR PRIOR WORK, KEY SKILLS AND VALUES ALIGN WITH THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE REQUISITE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • This position is paid hourly as a 1099 contractor.
  • This position is remote, with potential travel requirements.
  • Compensation for this role is based on experience and ranges from $40 - $55 per hour. which is the annual salary equivalent of $83,000 - $114,000 per year. We will pay a premium for candidates with extensive experience in finance or private equity.
  • This opportunity is a contract consultative position.  Flexible work schedule and ability to work some nights and weekends may be needed.
  • Candidates must be available during normal business hours, with flexibility for distributed timezones.

Quire offers above-market compensation to individuals who maintain the highest standards, possess consummate professional expertise, with all compensation marked-to-market using third-party salary and contractor platforms; those who exceed average experience or efficiency can expect a material premium to market rates.

Candidates must be top performers with a strong work ethic and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiasm for learning will be critical to your success.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Planning & Execution Turn our case studies, proposals, thought pieces, and market observations into weekly content across LinkedIn, PDFs, email follow-ups, and event-related materials.
  • Visual & Editorial Oversight Partner with other creatives to shape high-quality assets—decks, carousels, one-pagers, and more—that feel polished, consistent, and on-brand. Step in directly when needed to write, edit, or tweak design elements to keep things moving without sacrificing quality.
  • Social Media Scheduling & Reporting Manage our LinkedIn calendar, post content regularly, and track performance across key engagement benchmarks (e.g., client names, not generic likes).
  • Event Integration Coordinate marketing materials and social amplification around our dinners, conferences, and sponsored moments.
  • Content Reuse & Efficiency Help develop and maintain templates, processes, and content “kits” that allow us to move quickly while maintaining a premium feel.
  • Freelancer & Vendor Coordination Assist in sourcing and managing creative contractors as needed, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality output.
  • Internal Collaboration Partner with team leads to pull insights from internal documents, sales activity, and proposals that can fuel thought leadership content.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university in a relevant field
  • 5–8 years of experience in content marketing, brand strategy, or social media in a fast-paced, client-facing or founder-led business
  • Strong writing and editorial skills—you can shape a sharp caption or thought piece without over-editing yourself into a corner
  • Ability to produce portfolio of content work displaying writing and creative capabilities
  • Organized and reliable—you’re comfortable managing deadlines, calendars, and content queues with minimal oversight
  • Highly collaborative—you listen well, pick up context quickly, and enjoy translating rough ideas into polished outputs
  • Detail-oriented without being precious—you care deeply about execution but can move at the speed of the business
  • Experience working with design tools (Figma, Canva) and project tools (Notion, Monday, Slack, GSuite)
  • Bonus: Familiarity with paid promotion or engagement strategies on LinkedIn and/or light PR work

To be considered for this role, you will be asked to provide the following along with your resume:

  • Three examples of client work relevant to marketing and marketing/brand strategy.
  • Detail on your educational, work, and creative background.
  • Confirmation that you respect and will uphold Quire’s values as presented above.
  • Include your resume in your email and 3 professional references.

Quire is an Equal Opportunity Contractor committed to a diversified and inclusive workforce. We value you, your skills, and your ability to contribute to our clients over any other factors.
