We are looking for a hands-on Design Lead to own and elevate our end-to-end digital experience across e-commerce and marketing channels.
This role blends UI/UX design, digital strategy, and data-driven decision-making, making it ideal for someone who can execute at a high level while contributing to product and brand direction.
You will play a key role in shaping customer journeys, optimizing conversion, and building scalable design systems that support business growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🖌️ UI/UX Design & Execution
- Lead design across e-commerce platforms (website, landing pages, campaigns)
- Create intuitive, engaging, and high-converting user experiences
- Own the full design lifecycle (wireframes → prototypes → implementation)
- Balance custom designs with scalable and reusable components
📊 UX, Data & Product Thinking
- Conduct user research and analyze customer behavior
- Use analytics and insights to improve user experience
- Plan and execute A/B testing, surveys, and feedback loops
- Align design decisions with business and product strategy
📣 Digital Marketing Collaboration
- Partner with marketing teams on SEM, paid media & social campaigns
- Design high-performing creative assets
- Ensure consistency across acquisition & retention channels
🎨 Design Systems & Brand
- Build and maintain design systems & component libraries
- Ensure brand consistency across web, email, packaging & marketing
- Support evolution of brand identity
🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing & E-commerce teams
- Translate business goals (conversion, retention, AOV) into design solutions
- Manage stakeholder communication and feedback
⚡ Ownership & Delivery
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bring clarity to ambiguous problems and deliver high-quality output
🌐 Vendor & Agency Management
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and production partners
- Own briefs, timelines, and deliverables
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years in UI/UX or Product Design (preferably E-commerce/DTC)
- Strong experience with Shopify design & customization
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Experience in conversion optimization & A/B testing
- Strong understanding of user research & customer behavior
- Exposure to digital marketing (SEM, paid media, social)
- Experience with design systems & component libraries
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven design mindset
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar
- Ability to balance strategy + hands-on execution
- Experience working in structured frameworks like EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
