Job Description

Skills and Experience

• You Bring: 7+ years of experience developing and maintaining production-grade applications using React and Node.js.
• Python experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and proven experience leading development teams.
• Deep expertise in high-quality software development, including unit testing, fault tolerance, data structures, object-oriented principles, and design patterns.
• Experience building scalable, high-performance front-end and back-end systems optimized for efficiency and reliability.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, such as model development, fine-tuning, or integrating ML-powered features into applications is desirable.
• Solid expertise in CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices, bringing innovation to the team.
• Experience working in an agile development environment, delivering high-quality software in iterative cycles.
• Ability to break down complex tasks and requirements into actionable work items, ensuring smooth execution.
• Customer-focused mindset, with a drive to create products that deliver real value and great user experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain critical components across the full stack—from front-end applications to back-end services.
• Developing innovative AI-powered products, leveraging conversational AI and cutting-edge technologies.
• Collaborating with a fast-moving team to shape the future of AI-driven applications.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define technical requirements and prioritize development efforts.
• Mentor and guide team members, providing technical leadership, best practices, and code reviews.
• Continuously identify opportunities for system improvements, performance tuning, and code refactoring to ensure a scalable and resilient architecture.
