About the Role:
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can drive growth through high-quality, strategic content. Your job is to create content that attracts, educates, and converts — and supports the broader revenue goals of the company.
You’ll work closely with product marketing, growth, and sales to shape the brand narrative, build our editorial engine, and turn ideas into assets that move metrics — whether that’s through blogs, landing pages, case studies, or outbound email content.
Responsibilities:
🧠 Content Strategy & Execution
Own and manage the content calendar across blog, email, social, and web.
Build content pillars aligned with our ICP and buyer journey.
Turn product, customer, and market insights into compelling content formats — articles, playbooks, one-pagers, videos, and more.
📈 Growth & Distribution
Optimize content for SEO and lead generation.
Work with the growth team to plan content for paid campaigns, email nurtures, and outbound.
Collaborate with design and dev to publish landing pages and content hubs.
💬 Sales & Product Enablement
Create sales enablement materials — case studies, pitch decks, battlecards, product one-pagers, etc.
Write product-focused content to support feature launches and explainers.
Partner with product marketing to translate value props into clear and engaging copy.
📊 Performance & Optimization
Track performance of content across metrics like engagement, traffic, leads, and conversions.
Test different formats, headlines, and CTAs to improve outcomes.
Use insights from GA, Hubspot, and CRM tools to refine the content approach.
Who You Are:
3+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS or growth-stage startups.
A strong writer with a clear, concise, and persuasive style.
You understand content’s role in the funnel — and can create content that serves both brand and revenue.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with growth, sales, and product teams.
SEO-friendly, distribution-aware, and performance-focused.
