We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team and help design modern, user-centered, and responsive web experiences. You will work closely with developers and product stakeholders to create intuitive interfaces for web-based products that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities:

• Design clean, user-friendly, and responsive web interfaces with a strong focus on usability and consistency across devices
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using modern design tools (primarily Figma or similar)
• Develop user flows, journey maps, and information architecture for web-based products
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs
• Translate business requirements and user needs into clear, functional, and visually appealing design solutions
• Maintain and evolve UI consistency using design systems, reusable components, and style guidelines
• Conduct basic user research, usability reviews, and gather feedback when required
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, users, and development teams
• Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for different screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX or product design
• Strong understanding of UX principles including usability, information hierarchy, and accessibility basics
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred)
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, spacing, and color theory
• Basic understanding of responsive web design principles
• Familiarity with how web applications are built (HTML/CSS awareness is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain design decisions
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX work for web-based products

Must Have:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Must be based locally for collaboration and time zone alignment

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
• Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG guidelines)
• Exposure to user research and usability testing methods
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
• Basic awareness of front-end development concepts
• Experience working in collaborative team environments or startups
