Title: Sr Data Analyst (Data)

Location: Remote (Not NY, TX or CA)

Pay: 90-120k base salary, plus bonus

Job Summary: We are searching for an experienced Sr Data Analyst to join the team and help lead the future of Data Analysis in this Membership oriented company. In this role you will work closely with the Senior leaders to work on data mapping, data analysis, reporting, and documentation. We are looking for someone who can work well with other business units across the company, has strong communication skills and the ability to “tell the story” and who is comfortable delivering presentations to various stakeholders. Required experience will include strong experience with SQL, PowerBI and Excel. This position can be remote but CA, NY and TX are not viable locations.

Primary Responsibilities Include

– Ensuring accuracy of project data including data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, analyzing and reporting.

– Collecting and archiving data for analysis and research

– Oversee database design, security, and maintenance

– Provide written summaries and reports to senior leaders for data driven decision making

– Assist with complex data processing and conversion procedures

– Work on development, design and maintenance of various required billing, financial and statistical reports

– Create Dashboards and database tables, database reporting and warehousing

– Analysis of data extracts from various switching systems, computer servers, and other data processing equipment that are used to support billing processes.

Requirements Include

– Bachelor Information Systems, or related field desired, not required

– 5+ years of experience in database design and development

– Experience with Data analysis related to Marketing is a plus

– Strong Experience With SQL, PowerBI And Excel(required)

– Experience with R or SAS is a plus

– Strong written & verbal interpersonal skills (presentation skills preferred)

– End User Experience Preferred

– Insurance or Financial services industry experience is preferred

– Strong Project Management skills (do not need PMP)

– Experience with NetForum or similar Association management software is a plus
