The Questex Wellness division is seeking an energetic, savvy marketer to execute our audience and attendee marketing initiatives for three large-scale events serving the beauty, spa, & fitness industries in New York, Las Vegas, and Florida; two hosted buyer events; and two media brands. Ideal candidates must be able to work under tight deadlines, multitask, possess strong copywriting skills, and have experience handling multi-channel campaigns. The applicant will work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager – Attendee while working under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Director. Some travel is required.
As Our Marketing Manager, You'll Support Questex's Success By
Own and Execute marketing plans that drive event registrations and qualified attendees for various verticals of our market.
Independently and confidently manage a very high volume of flawless and effective email marketing campaigns from concept through audience targeting, execution and follow-up
Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, text, social, and other marketing initiatives) both independently and in collaboration with the wellness team
Analyze, optimize and report on KPIs for all marketing initiatives; understand and self-motivate to work toward event registration/attendance/revenue goals
Manage and maintain dynamic event websites
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Social Media Specialist to drive the right messaging to drive attendee registrations and engagement
Serve as a subject matter expert on the event and media product audiences and collaborate as necessary event marketing teams to define personas and effectively target.
Demonstrate continued curiosity in the Wellness vertical. Immerse yourself in the content, become intimately understanding of the audience, build relationships internally and be willing offer ideas within cross functional teams
Primary elements to execute on in this role include:
Channel Marketing: Email, digital, direct mail, community marketing initiatives, etc.
Audience persona marketing
Understanding the message and targets for the event & digital properties
Onsite support and execution at the event with team
Leverage stakeholders (speakers, partners) for attendee marketing initiatives

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000. Salary offers are based on a broad scope of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, geographic and organizational factors are also considered.
