The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive platform adoption, optimize user acquisition, and strengthen the connection between product and marketing. You’ll work directly with the VP of Marketing to scale what’s working, test what’s next, and shape how we engage executives and vendors across their full lifecycle.

This is a unique opportunity to own high-impact growth campaigns and play a key role in shaping our product marketing and lifecycle strategy. You’ll be the bridge between Marketing and Product—turning roadmap updates, user behavior, and feature releases into clear, compelling campaigns that drive real results.

What You’ll Do

Drive Acquisition & Platform Growth

  • Plan and execute performance campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, content, and email
  • Build and optimize funnels for executive member acquisition
  • Test landing pages, creative, and messaging to improve conversion and reduce CAC

Own Lifecycle & Product Marketing Strategy

  • Act as the strategic link between Product and Marketing teams
  • Translate new features, user behavior, and roadmap changes into clear user-facing messaging and engagement flows
  • Define lifecycle journeys (onboarding, re-engagement, feature education) and collaborate with product to implement them

Analyze, Optimize, Repeat

  • Monitor and report on performance metrics across campaigns and lifecycle touchpoints
  • Run experiments to improve acquisition, retention, and feature adoption
  • Leverage tools like GA4, HubSpot, SalesForce, ChurnZero and Clarity to analyze funnels and uncover growth opportunities

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner with Product to align growth goals with platform priorities
  • Support cross-functional campaigns and represent the voice of the user across marketing and product initiatives

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing for a B2B SaaS platform or tech startup
  • Hands-on experience running acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, SEO, and other channels
  • Strong understanding of funnels, user journeys, and optimization best practices
  • Familiar with marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot, ChurnZero, and SalesForce
  • Experience in product marketing and lifecycle development
  • Bonus: experience in two-sided marketplaces and/or marketing to executive audiences
  • A proactive mindset, strong copy instincts, and a love for fast-moving, collaborative environments
