About The Role

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to establish and lead our Product Marketing function in Canada. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll shape how Quartex brings its solutions to market, strengthens its position in North America, and supports long-term growth.

Working closely with Product, Sales and Marketing, you'll develop go-to-market strategies, sharpen our market positioning, and create compelling messaging that helps customers understand the value Quartex delivers. You'll thrive if you enjoy building new capabilities, influencing strategy, collaborating across teams, and turning customer insights into commercial outcomes.

As Our Newest Product Marketing Manager, You’ll

• Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, feature releases and market expansion initiatives.
• Build and establish Quartex's Product Marketing function, operating model and best practices.
• Develop differentiated messaging and positioning that resonates across North American markets.
• Lead pricing and packaging initiatives that align customer value with business objectives.
• Deliver market and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
• Create sales enablement content including pitch decks, battlecards and playbooks.
• Gather customer insights and work closely with Product and Customer Success to influence product direction.

What You’ll Bring

You're a strategic thinker who enjoys building from the ground up and working across functions to create meaningful business impact. You communicate confidently, enjoy solving complex challenges, and can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.

You'll Also Bring

• 3+ years' experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Experience with competitive analysis, pricing and packaging.
• Strong messaging, storytelling and positioning capabilities.
• Knowledge of Canadian and broader North American B2B markets.
• Experience collaborating across Product, Sales and Marketing teams in distributed environments.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

• Experience in mining, energy, oil and gas, infrastructure or other asset-intensive industries.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, environmental or health and safety software.
• Experience marketing into safety-critical or operational technology environments.
• French language capability.
