Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cloud-based BIM data processing solutions using Autodesk Platform Services (APS).
- Build workflows leveraging Data Management API and Model Derivative API to ingest, translate, and extract data from Revit models.
- Design and develop automated pipelines for extracting element properties, parameters, metadata, and geometry from BIM models.
- Structure and transform BIM data into scalable analytical formats such as JSON, SQL, and Parquet.
- Develop reliable asynchronous processing workflows, including job orchestration, webhooks, retry mechanisms, and error handling.
- Process and analyze large-scale Revit and IFC models while ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity.
- Develop solutions for BIM model federation, data aggregation, and cross-discipline analysis.
- Validate extracted model data through reconciliation, schema validation, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and BIM stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Maintain source control, testing, and deployment best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
