Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with multiple security teams —across development, testing and operations.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, analysts, other product managers and other security teams across the business.
- Be responsible for defining the product backlog and its maintenance.
- Manage the priorities and objectives to maximize the business value delivered.
- Responsible for receiving and prioritizing the requests from the PM and stakeholders and documenting the requirements in the backlog.
- Ensure the clarity, transparency and visibility of the product backlog to all team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure the solution is aligned with security needs / requirements.
- Actively participate in the agile ceremonies necessary for the completion of projects.
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional team resources in delivering work in an agile way that builds trust, ownership and accountability.
- Proactively work with the team to identify risks, prioritize them, and create plans to resolve in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Core Competencies
- 3+ years of experience in project planning and execution, including proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and experience creating and managing detailed project plans.
- 3+ years of stakeholder management experience, with excellent communication and collaboration skills and a proven ability to manage expectations across diverse stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
- 3+ years of experience in facilitation and coaching, particularly in leading Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) and coaching teams on Agile best practices.
- 3+ years of risk management experience, with the ability to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Certification such as Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or POPM SAFe is required.
Complementary Competencies
- Relevant Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent.
- Great communicator – ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Good negotiator - Strong negotiation skills to mitigate potential conflicts of interest that may occur between the different teams, stakeholders and partners.
- Critical thinker – demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems effectively.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
