The Opportunity

• We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale go-to-market efforts across channels and markets.
• This is a full-time, remote-first role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands how to build momentum from zero, and approaches growth as a mix of creative strategy and performance analytics.
• You will work closely with the founding team and cross-functional partners to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through high-impact campaigns and growth loops.
• Your work will directly shape how the product launches, gains traction, and becomes the trading platform of choice for a new generation of crypto users.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute growth strategies across paid, earned, and organic channels
• Design and manage performance marketing campaigns with clear goals and attribution
• Develop social-ready content and features that amplify reach and user engagement
• Build and manage growth loops such as referrals, social trading tools, and creator partnerships
• Analyze and report on performance metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and user retention
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to inform growth-focused features
• Work with external partners, agencies, and content creators to expand brand presence

You’ll Be a Strong Fit If You Have

• 4 to 8 years of experience in growth marketing, ideally in crypto, trading, fintech, or consumer mobile
• A successful track record of launching and scaling digital products through full-funnel strategies
• Expertise in paid media, influencer marketing, SEO, and campaign analytics
• A sharp eye for what makes content or product moments worth sharing
• Strong communication skills and comfort working remotely across time zones
• A hands-on, agile mindset that is comfortable moving fast and iterating often

Bonus Points

• Prior experience marketing a trading platform or financial product
• Strong knowledge of the crypto and Web3 ecosystem
• Experience working with Layer 1s, DEXs, or token-based communities
• Storytelling instincts that translate technical features into compelling narratives
• Deep curiosity for crypto culture, memes, and community-driven momentum

Compensation and Culture

• Base salary between $150,000 and $200,000
