Quanta Tech Systems Europe is a Madrid-based growth and technology partner working with fintech, crypto, and digital asset businesses. We are part of Quanta Tech Systems, a New York–based company.

We work with a small number of clients where we have direct strategic and operational impact. We do not run hundreds of accounts. We own outcomes, not deliverables.

Our flagship client, that you will be working with, is UEX.US — a US-based digital asset exchange.

UEX.US already has strong organic traction:

• Daily content across X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram

• Active content team

• Proven engagement

What’s missing:

• Paid acquisition

• Attribution

• Funnel ownership

We need a senior operator who converts traffic into:

users → KYC → deposits → trades

This is NOT a manager role.

This is a hands-on growth operator role.

What you’ll do

• Own paid acquisition (X Ads, YouTube, Coinzilla, Bitmedia, Brave, Reddit, Telegram, KOLs)

• Build and fix attribution (GA4, UTMs, tracking, CAPI)

• Own the full funnel (impression → trade)

• Plan budgets, channels, and experiments

• Direct the content team

• Report monthly with clear KPI and CPA breakdowns

• Run A/B tests and scale what works

Requirements

• Experience running paid campaigns for crypto / fintech / trading products

• Understanding of restricted ad environments (Meta/Google limits)

• Strong hands-on analytics and tracking experience

• Ability to show real CPA / CAC results

• Operator mindset — not just strategy, execution
