• 📣 What You’ll DoDevelop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies

• Lead content marketing initiatives (website, social media, email campaigns)

• Drive lead generation and conversion growth

• Optimize SEO / SEM and performance marketing campaigns

• Manage brand positioning and messaging strategy

• Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI/ROAS

• Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams

• 🎯 What We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Content / Growth Marketing

• Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, and marketing funnels

• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads

• Proven ability to drive traffic, leads, and conversions

• Strong content creation and storytelling skills

• Data-driven mindset with analytical thinking

• Fluent in English (German is a plus)

• 💡 Nice to HaveExperience in B2B or tech industry marketing

• Knowledge of branding and positioning strategy

• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization

• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe tools)
