Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Title: Senior UI/UX designer

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Work Hours: 3pm - 12am

Experience: 6+ years of overall experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user journeys across applications (policy servicing, claims, member interactions, quote & enrollment tool)
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Apply and extend design system components and patterns
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX leadership
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, demos)
• Provide clear design specifications and support implementation
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years UI/UX design experience
• Strong Figma proficiency (components, prototyping, design systems
• Experience designing web applications and complex workflows
• Understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or similar domain
• Experience with policy admin or claims platforms
• Exposure to conversion optimization and UX analytics
• Experience working with design systems at scale
