While this agency operates independently, it carries the vision and momentum of Qoolize behind it. We're now looking for talented team members to join us on this exciting journey and help shape the future of this bold new venture.
About the job
We’re building our founding team and looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience in planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, ideally within a digital marketing agency environment.
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of multiple client accounts across paid search and paid social channels, including Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). You’ll be responsible for full-funnel strategy execution, from forecasting and campaign setup to performance analysis and optimisation, while ensuring that media plans, targeting, creative, and budgets align with each client’s business goals.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client environment and combines strong analytical skills with creative problem-solving. You’ll work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver measurable performance outcomes, while also contributing to reporting, testing, and strategic insights.
You will report directly to the Managing Director, working with a balance of autonomy and strategic support. While you'll lead day-to-day execution independently, you’ll receive senior input to guide direction and maintain high-level alignment across client accounts.
If you have a passion for scaling campaigns, optimising paid media performance, and staying ahead of digital advertising trends, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to deliver high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and user experiences, executing A/B tests on visuals, copy, and audiences to continuously optimise performance across platforms
- Effectively manage competing priorities across multiple client accounts to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Analyse and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio, delivering clear weekly and monthly updates with actionable insights to support continuous optimisation
- Stay up to date with changes in ad platforms, policies, and industry trends, and proactively apply new tools, formats, and best practices to improve campaign performance, client strategy, and internal processes
- Manage and support junior team members or freelancers as needed, providing guidance to ensure high-quality execution
- Contribute to marketing and sales efforts by supporting pitch development and creating content that showcases campaign results, strategic insights and client success stories
