We are looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to amplify our story, drive aggressive growth, and establish Qolaba as the go-to AI platform globally.
The Role: What You'll Own
As the Head of Marketing, you will be the driving force behind Qolaba’s global brand presence and user acquisition. This is a highly hands-on role where you will not only set the vision but also actively build and optimize the marketing engine. You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy across our three core segments: Individuals/Creators (B2C), Businesses/Enterprises (B2B), and Developers (B2D).
Reporting directly to the Founders, you will build and lead a high-performing marketing function, craft compelling product narratives, and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue and API adoption. Initial support will be limited to interns or one junior team member, requiring you to be both a strategist and an executor.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Go-To-Market:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy that aligns with Qolaba’s revenue goals across B2B, B2C, and B2D segments.
- Craft compelling messaging that highlights our unique differentiators, such as our unified 30+ model ecosystem, multi-modal capabilities, and our disruptive flat-rate, unlimited-user pricing for businesses
2. Demand Generation & Growth (Primary KPI – First 1–2 Years):
- Design, implement, and scale data-driven acquisition campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social, content marketing, community-led growth, cold email, LinkedIn outreach).
- Build and optimize predictable lead generation machines, including prospect list building, compelling messaging, automation sequences, and follow-up strategies.
- Track and optimize key metrics such as conversions, reply rates, qualified leads, and pipeline movement.
- Join customer calls early on to gain deep product and market understanding.
3. Brand & Communications:
- Elevate the Qolaba brand globally through PR, media relations, and thought leadership.
- Champion our social impact initiatives, particularly our AI Rural School, to build a mission-driven brand identity.
4. Developer Relations (DevRel) & Community
- Foster a vibrant community of developers and creators.
- Promote our Code Sandbox and API capabilities through hackathons, webinars, and technical content.
5. Marketing Operations & Tools
- Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, Apollo, Discord, and other digital tools.
- Build smart automations to reduce manual marketing tasks and improve campaign speed and efficiency.
- Maintain high data hygiene standards across all marketing systems.
- Oversee marketing workflows, content pipelines, and internal coordination with sales and product teams.
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Establish clear KPIs, track marketing ROI, and continuously optimize funnels for conversion and retention.
- Maintain comprehensive dashboards covering lead generation, campaign performance, and overall marketing metrics.
- Share weekly operational and performance updates with the Founders.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 7+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or Developer Tools (PaaS/API), with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (Director, VP, or Head of Marketing).
- Multi-Audience Expertise: Proven track record of successfully marketing to diverse audiences, including Enterprises, Solopreneurs, and Developers.
- Growth Mindset: Deep expertise in performance marketing, demand generation, and product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
- Hands-on Tooling: Mandatory hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), Apollo, Discord, and other digital marketing tools.
- Lead Generation Prowess: Strong background in outbound lead generation strategies, including cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Strategic & Execution-Oriented: Ability to zoom out to build high-level strategy and zoom in to execute campaigns and optimize processes in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Operational Excellence: Excellent follow-up, tracking, documentation, and coordination skills, with the ability to own processes end-to-end.
- Passion for AI: A strong understanding of the generative AI landscape — including LLMs, multi-modal AI, and agents — and a genuine passion for how AI can transform work and society.

- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Exposure to SaaS onboarding or customer success operations.
