Your Role

🚀 Build the entire system from scratch full freedom to experiment and deliver

🔥 Release Qnar V1 at breakneck speed before scaling globally.

🤝 Lead development & collaborate with domain experts in education and UI/UX.

🔐 Develop a secure, high-performance backend that scales.

🎨 Bring Figma designs to life with pixel-perfect precision.

Who You Are

✅ Atleast 2 years of experience

✅ A TypeScript guru with deep experience in modern web development.

✅ Production-grade experience – you’ve built real software, not just hobby projects.

✅ Mastery of Docker and cloud-based infrastructure.

✅ Fluency in both SQL & NoSQL databases.

✅ Mastery of Nextjs, Tailwind, Drizzle, Authentication, etc

✅ Engineering best practices – clean code, testing, CI/CD, and scalable architecture.

✅ A natural leader – mentor interns, contribute to open source, and drive innovation.

Bonus Points

🎮 Animations & Three.js/web game experience (huge plus!)

⚡ T3 stack (tRPC, Next.js, Tailwind) expertise

🤖 Agentic AI / RAG systems
