Development of a Software Asset Management and Technology Intelligence Platform with a global customer base. The successful candidate will join the QS team of 20+ developers currently working with the client on existing and/or new teams and projects.

Join our talented team of product designers, where you will work on dynamic and engaging web and mobile applications. As part of our cross-functional teams located in multiple regions, you’ll be challenged to create and refine designs for transaction-heavy industries such as Sportsbook and Sportsbetting. You will have the opportunity to leverage your skills to design innovative, intuitive user experiences, helping us enhance the products that our users rely on.

This is you

5+ years of experience designing for both web and mobile platforms (Responsive web, Android & iOS).
Expertise in Figma with proficiency in prototyping tools such as ProtoPie, as well as other design tools such as Sketch and Adobe Suite.
Extensive experience with creating and maintaining Design Systems, ensuring reusable and scalable components are built.
Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
Previous experience working in high-transaction environments such as Sportsbook, Sportsbetting, or Fin-Tech would be highly beneficial.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept through to final delivery.
An online portfolio showcasing previous design projects and the impact of your work.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Expertise in user-centered design practices, including usability testing, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping.

This is your role

Lead the design of end-to-end flows for both web and mobile platforms, delivering high-quality, intuitive user experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet both user needs and technical feasibility.
Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
Advocate for the use of design patterns that enhance usability and accessibility across products.
Work closely with UXR teams to conduct user interviews, usability tests, and gather valuable insights to inform design decisions.
Help validate design hypotheses and recommendations through data and testing, offering a solid commercial rationale.
Drive design decisions by considering both user experience and business impact, making sure all solutions are aligned with both.
Provide design feedback to and from fellow designers to maintain a high standard of quality.
Participate in design team rituals (e.g., stand-ups, show & tell, etc.) to ensure effective collaboration and consistency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools and industry trends to ensure we are using the most effective methodologies.

Bonus: You have experience working in high-transaction industries like Sportsbook or Sportsbetting, or have a personal interest in sports betting.
