We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and driven Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help us elevate our brand, drive growth, and create meaningful connections with our community.
About the Role
As our foundational Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our products. This role reports to our VP of Marketing and bridges the gap between product, sales, and marketing, ensuring that our product’s value is effectively communicated to customers and prospects. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Positioning & Messaging: Develop and refine product positioning and messaging to resonate with target audiences.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment between product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Customer Insights: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to inform strategies and identify opportunities.
- Content Creation: Develop sales enablement materials, case studies, blogs, on-camera video product demos, on-camera webinars, technical talks and other product-related collateral.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management to ensure alignment on features, roadmap, and customer needs.
- Campaign Ownership: Drive campaigns across channels, including email, social media, webinars, and paid ads, to support demand generation efforts.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, campaign performance) and optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Customer Advocacy: Collaborate with customer success teams to identify success stories and turn them into impactful case studies and testimonials.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology markets is highly preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience (4+ years).
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical product details with ease and confidence.
- Video production, video editing, audio production, product demo tools and expert understanding of video and audio product content production.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong storytelling and creative skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
- Public speaking skills, on-camera and in-person.
Bonus Skills:
- Technical graphic concepting in Miro/Figma or similar tools.
- Giving conference talks.
- Podcast guest experience.
