Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior SDET with strong hands-on development and automation testing experience to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in WebdriverIO and Playwright, along with a solid understanding of modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using WebdriverIO and Playwright.
• Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure product quality.
• Build and maintain CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines.
• Perform both functional and non-functional testing for web applications.
• Identify, debug, and document software defects with detailed analysis.
• Contribute to code reviews, improve automation standards, and mentor junior testers.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on development experience in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven expertise in WebdriverIO and Playwright automation frameworks.
• Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools).
• Good understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Experience with BDD/TDD frameworks (Cucumber, Mocha, Jest).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to performance testing tools.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
