Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to build and scale our brand presence online. If you're obsessed with social media, thrive on experimentation, and want to create content that actually gets developers engaged, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute QA Wolf’s social media strategy across LinkedIn and Twitter (X), with an eye on emerging platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop high-energy, creative content that sparks conversation and keeps QA Wolf top of mind for developers, CTOs, and tech leaders.
- Be the face of QA Wolf on social—comfortable getting on camera, speaking to an audience, and making technical content engaging.
- Constantly test new ideas, formats, and approaches—what works, what flops, and what’s worth doubling down on.
- Track performance metrics, analyze results, and turn insights into actionable experiments that drive engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to amplify company news, product launches, and customer stories.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, developer culture, and the ever-evolving social media landscape.
Who You Are
- Passionate, curious, and obsessed with social media. You live and breathe content creation and community building.
- A natural experimenter. You test, learn, iterate, and aren’t afraid to take big swings.
- Data-driven. You know how to measure success and use insights to inform your next move.
- A content machine. You have experience writing, editing, and producing social-first content that grabs attention.
- Not afraid of the spotlight. You’re comfortable being on camera and engaging with an audience.
- A strong storyteller. You can break down complex ideas into digestible, compelling narratives.
- Experienced. 4+ years in social media management, ideally in a B2B or developer-focused space.
- Fluent in LinkedIn & Twitter (X). Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube is a huge bonus.
