Team Pyramid has an upcoming need for an experienced Salesforce Developer supporting our federal customer. This project involves modifying an existing Salesforce-based ATS to include a new module built for the hiring of professional staff. This module will will automate a currently manual, email- and SharePoint-based hiring process. This role is 100% Remote!

Support the development and implementation of solutions leveraging Salesforce.
Identify risks and issues early and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage Salesforce administration and configurations including organizational structure, app integration and other subscriptions.
Develop solution presentations for both technical and non-technical audience.
Implement writing codes that follow best practices in engineering, security and design.
Collaborate with other team members involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Write tests that ensures the quality and health of codebase.
Think through customer requirements and come up with high-impact ways of quickly solving their problems.
Active DoD Secret Clearance and US Citizenship required.
4+ years of related experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems Management or equivalent work experience in the field of Cybersecurity.
Previous experience supporting a federal government agency (USN preferred).
Demonstrated, hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM software, including a deep understanding of its capabilities in Service Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Government Cloud Plus.
Proven track record of successfully developing Salesforce-based projects, from initial design through to deployment and maintenance.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, specific to Salesforce.
4+ years overall software development experience.
Must have experience in gathering requirements from end users and creating developing application and enhancements
Preferred Certification Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Appian Credentials
