We’re looking for a talented and highly collaborative Senior Designer, Digital Content to concept, design, and deliver best-in-class digital creative across ecommerce platforms, including PDPs, banners, and rich content for various retailers. In this role, you’ll develop consumer-facing digital assets for a dynamic and diverse portfolio of powerhouse brands. You’ll partner with brand, copy, and content teams to translate product information and marketing strategy into compelling visual experiences that help drive conversion and brand consistency across channels.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver ecommerce assets including product detail page (PDP) images, rich content, retailer banners, and digital storytelling modules.
- Partner closely with the Digital Content Manager, Brand, Creative, and Copy teams to ensure all content is on-brand, channel-optimized, and visually compelling.
- Work within brand guidelines to create elevated and conversion-optimized ecommerce assets for each retailer’s specifications.
- Leverage creative direction and sales priorities to design assets that support seasonal launches, product refreshes, and promotions.
- Optimize visual layouts for desktop and mobile to ensure responsive content performance across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve digital design systems, templates, and asset libraries.
- Participate in photo planning conversations to influence visual direction and content needs.
- Use AI tools (when appropriate) to support photo manipulation, image tagging, and speed-to-market.
- Maintain accurate file organization and metadata in accordance with DAM (Digital Asset Management) standards.
- Stay up to date with ecommerce creative trends, digital design innovations, and platform best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of experience in digital design, ecommerce creative, or visual content production, ideally in fashion, CPG, or retail environments.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio of ecommerce assets including PDP images, banners, or A+ content.
- Solid understanding of retail platform specs and how consumers interact with digital content.
- Ability to design content that performs well across desktop, mobile, and syndication platforms.
- Familiarity with DAM platforms (e.g., Bynder).
- Experience optimizing imagery for web performance (resizing, file types, compression).
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Passion for brand storytelling and creative excellence within ecommerce constraints.
