About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager with a software development background who can effectively translate strategic product goals into actionable engineering tasks. This person will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring product milestones are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
Who We’re Looking For:
A highly collaborative individual with at least 6 years of total experience, including 1+ year each in software development and product management roles.
Someone who has successfully managed engineering teams (5–10 members) and thrives in a cross-functional setting.
Strong in communication and stakeholder management, capable of aligning developers, founders, and business teams toward a common vision.
A proactive problem-solver with a delivery-first mindset.
Technical Competencies:
Familiarity with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
Working knowledge of Python and cloud technologies (preferably Azure)
Ability to evaluate the technical feasibility of product ideas and guide scoping discussions with the development team
Key Responsibilities:
Product Planning & Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and users to understand product goals and document clear requirements
Regularly interact with clients to gather insights and incorporate feedback into the roadmap
Team Leadership & Project Execution:
Break down high-level requirements into manageable tasks and delegate across a 10–15-member team
Monitor progress, remove roadblocks, and maintain accountability toward deadlines
Drive structured sprint planning and backlog prioritization
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Align product decisions with business strategy by working directly with company leadership
Ensure close coordination between product, engineering, and customer success teams
Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and expectation management
