Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to take the lead in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in object detection, tracking, and recognition, with extensive hands-on experience in ML model development, data engineering, and production deployment. This role requires both individual contributions (IC) and team leadership to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for object detection, tracking, and recognition.
• Build and fine-tune ML models for various computer vision applications.
• Handle large-scale image and video datasets to enhance model accuracy.
• Deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions in production environments.
• Write efficient, scalable, and high-performance Python code for ML applications.
• Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Jenkins for model deployment and automation.
• Work closely with engineers and researchers to build, test, and refine ML-driven systems.
• Keep up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8-14 years of experience in machine learning and computer vision.
• Strong Python programming skills with expertise in relevant libraries and frameworks.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy large-scale ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Jenkins for model deployment.
• Strong understanding of data engineering and handling large datasets.
• Experience in transitioning machine learning models from research to production.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
• Familiarity with MLOps and cloud-based deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
