Role Mission: As our part-time Social Media Manager, your mission is to oversee and lead the end-to-end social media production process for our clients. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality content that aligns with our clients' brand strategies, promotes virality, and drives results. This includes everything from creative strategy and content design to publishing, quality control, and performance reporting across various industries and niches.

Key Outcomes:

Maximize Virality: Develop strategies and create engaging content, including graphics and captions, optimized for maximum virality on platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Content Production & Publishing: Manage the entire content lifecycle from start to finish, including designing graphics, writing captions, and publishing content across all channels.
Quality Control (QC): Act as the final quality control point for all content before it goes live, ensuring absolute accuracy and attention to detail.
Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and ensure content is on-brand and on schedule, communicating directly via platforms like WhatsApp Messenger.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on content performance, using data to inform strategy and demonstrate results to clients.
Continuous Innovation: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithms, consistently providing fresh and creative ideas for content.
Project Management: Efficiently manage content projects using tools like ClickUp for project management and Slack for team communications.

Creativity: A strong aptitude for creative thinking, with the ability to conceptualize and design engaging visual content.
Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in TikTok, Reels, and other social media platforms, with a deep understanding of how their algorithms work.
Visual Design Skills: Proven ability in graphic design, with a strong eye for creating compelling visuals that align with brand aesthetics.
Brand Alignment: Ensure content aligns with clients' brand strategies and goals.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with clients and the team, including professional written communication for reports and captions.

Virality: Proven success in creating viral content for various industries or niches.

Requirements:

Part-time availability.
Native English skills.
A track record of personal or client success on TikTok and Reels.
Highly Creative & Fast-Paced: Exceptional creativity combined with the ability to produce high-quality content quickly in a fast-moving social media environment.
Demonstrable knowledge of TikTok and Reels, including how their algorithms function.
Proficiency in video content curation and trend research.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, etc.).
Familiarity with using TikTok for both personal and business brands.
Deadline-oriented and punctual.
Positive attitude and a passion for creativity.
Strong understanding of YouTube, catchy titles, and click-worthy thumbnails is a bonus.
