We’re looking for a Social Media/Community Growth Lead to build and activate highly engaged digital communities across social media, forums, and virtual events. This isn’t your standard “content calendar” role. It’s about meeting people where they are, listening closely, and turning conversation into real-world impact.
What You'll Do:
- Own and grow online communities across platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, Reddit, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Spark conversations, foster advocacy, and build trust with individuals navigating their healthcare journey
- Launch creative social campaigns, live events, and partnerships that fuel engagement and scale
- Use social listening and analytics tools to understand your audience and optimize in real-time
- Lead and mentor community managers and creative partners
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer support, and leadership to bring community insights into strategy
- Help shape how the brand shows up in the world—authentic, impactful, and human
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience building and scaling engaged online communities (healthcare or wellness experience a plus)
- Strong grasp of social growth strategy, content performance, and engagement metrics
- Hands-on experience managing communities and campaigns across Reddit, Meta platforms, and emerging forums
- Ability to lead and do—the ideal candidate is a player-coach
- Experience with tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meltwater, or similar
- Excellent communicator, connector, and collaborator
