Role Description

As a Graphic Designer & Social Media Creative at Purusartha Works, you’ll:

• Design social media creatives that are bold, innovative, and on-trend.
• Create packaging designs that stand out on shelves and communicate brand value.
• Produce engaging short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Develop your own templates, layouts, and illustrations instead of relying only on stock assets.
• Collaborate closely with our creative team to bring brand stories to life.

This is not a “just edit and post” role – we’re looking for someone who can conceptualize, design, and execute ideas end-to-end.

Role Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Proven experience in graphic design, packaging, and social media content (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in industry tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (Figma/Canva for quick turnarounds is a plus).
• Strong eye for typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to ideate and create original templates/illustrations.
• Experience in video editing and reel creation with attention to platform trends.
• A self-driven, creative thinker who thrives in a remote work environment.

Compensation & Benefits
