Marketing Manager

Our client is one of the fastest-growing management consulting firms in the country, and they are looking to bring on a Marketing Manager to come in and help spearhead their marketing department. We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Marketing Manager who’s ready to lead multichannel strategies that drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and needs to have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms ( needs HubSpot experience). This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, content development, and optimizing the customer journey.

Location: This is a remote role, but candidates must reside Eastern, Central or Mountain time in the US.

Must have marketing experience at a strategy consultant firm with a healthcare focus.

What You’ll Do:

🎯 Campaign Execution & Management

• Design and manage email nurture campaigns via HubSpot (segmentation, A/B testing).
• Optimize paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Implement and monitor marketing campaigns across social media, email, and blogs.

📝 Content Development & Distribution

• Craft thought leadership pieces, case studies, and social media content.
• Develop sales enablement materials and presentation decks.
• Translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging content.

💡 Analytics & Optimization

• Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and present actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance conversion rates.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

Must have marketing experience at a strategy consultant firm!

📌 Must have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus!).
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience +3 years of professional services marketing (healthcare industry experience is a bonus).
• Expertise in HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, and SEO/SEM.
• Proficient in paid advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and data analysis skills.
