We’re looking for a versatile, self-driven professional to lead our marketing and business operations efforts. If you’re a creative thinker who can straddle marketing planning and execution, and keep internal workflows humming, this role is for you. Starting at 20-30 hours per week you will handle the following:
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Run paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads) & analyze results
- Manage our social media channels, primarily LinkedIn and YouTube, with openness to exploring new platforms
- Maintain our WordPress + Elementor website & SEO
- Write blogs, emails, case studies & sales collateral
- Coordinate freelancers & branded asset creation
- Oversee video content creation/editing
- Plan & promote webinars and virtual events
- Coordinate participation in attended events
- Manage marketing budget & campaign performance
- Manage our internal newsletter
Business Operations Responsibilities:
- Create/manage invoices for professional services delivered
- Process payroll and related tasks
- Register all professional services projects with monday.com
- Create and maintain company SOPs
- Monitor team training compliance
- Manage internal workflows and dashboards to ensure smooth operations across teams
- Support sales and delivery teams as needed
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or professional services environments
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a knack for turning complex ideas into clear, compelling content
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for branding, storytelling, and visual communication
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard for quality across all deliverables
- Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with ease
- Hands-on experience with key platforms, including monday.com (for workflow and project management), Salesforce (CRM), WordPress (website management), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Bonus points for: SEO strategy, Paid ad campaign management and optimization (LinkedIn, Google Ads), background in tech or real estate
