We specialize in recruiting top-tier professionals in IT, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Project Management, and other technical roles to support government and commercial clients nationwide.

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer for an anticipated website design and development project with one of our clients. This role requires a creative yet detail-oriented professional capable of translating requirements and user needs into intuitive, visually compelling, and accessible digital interfaces.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with developers, business consultants, and stakeholders to shape an engaging user experience from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities & Expectations

Lead the UI/UX design strategy from research and wireframing through to final implementation.
Design responsive, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces across devices and browsers.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to guide design decisions.
Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and final design assets.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity and smooth implementation.
Maintain design consistency using component libraries or design systems (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
Experienced in usability, accessibility (WCAG/AODA), and user-centred design.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and reviews, providing design support as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web-based platforms and digital products.
Proven track record designing public-facing websites or platforms with a portfolio to demonstrate.
Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and ability to collaborate with front-end developers.
Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines and design for compliance.
Experience working within Agile or iterative development environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
