Role Overview:

We have some exciting plans for the brand, and we’re looking for a Brand & Visual Designer to help maintain and elevate our brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director to ensure all visual assets, website, and eCommerce storefronts are consistent with the brand’s core vision.

You’ll be a key part of rolling out new initiatives across the business, creating designs that clearly reflect the brand’s identity and make each project stand out.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Brand & Creative Direction Support

• Ensure the brand’s visual identity remains consistent across all platforms
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Brand Communications Manager to align visual content with brand messaging
• Maintain and organize brand guidelines and design files

UI/UX & eCommerce Optimization

• Update website pages and eCommerce storefronts using tools like Shopify, Framer or Webflow
• Optimize product pages and landing pages for better user experience and conversions

Graphic, Packaging & Print Design

• Design marketing materials for both digital and print (social media, email campaigns, ads, decks, event materials)
• Create and update packaging designs for new and existing products, ensuring everything stays on-brand

Collaboration with External Partners

• Work with external agencies, photographers, and videographers to create content that aligns with the brand vision

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in brand design across digital and print
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Framer, Webflow) is a plus
• Exceptional eye for typography, layout, and visual consistency
• Strong portfolio showcasing elegant and beautiful designs
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
• Ability to collaborate effectively and bring fresh ideas to the table
