Founding Growth & Marketing Lead_TT

We're looking for a Founding Growth & Marketing Lead to build a second growth engine from scratch for a new AI-powered money management product. You'll own the strategy, budget, and hands-on execution to find and acquire a brand-new audience, while making sure the existing acquisition engine stays protected. This is a builder role: you'll test channels, write copy, set up tracking, launch landing pages, and scale what works. Success is measured in users acquired, CAC, LTV, and conversion, not in decks or reports. We're looking for a scrappy, AI-first generalist who uses AI tools and automations every day to move faster. It's a great fit for someone who wants full end-to-end ownership of growth for a net-new product inside a company that already has scale.

About the project:

The company is a growth-stage fintech building an AI agent that helps people manage their credit and money. It already serves more than 2 million members, supported by a strong existing acquisition engine. The team is now launching a new Money AI product aimed at a new audience, and growth for it has to be built from zero. The team works remotely, moves fast, and gives people a lot of autonomy. This hire will be the first dedicated owner of growth for the new product, with direct influence on how it reaches the market. It's a chance to combine startup-style ownership with the resources and data of an established consumer fintech.

You have:

• 6+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in user acquisition and experimentation
• Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns (paid social, search, newsletters, influencers) from setup to measurement
• Technical independence: you configure tracking, handle attribution, and build and launch landing pages yourself
• An AI-first way of working, using AI tools and automations in your daily workflows
• Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing them based on CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to write compelling, conversion-focused copy
• End-to-end ownership experience in a startup or scale-up, not only as one of many in a large corporate team
• Residence in Spain, Poland, Lithuania, or Israel
• Fluent English
• Nice to have: experience in fintech, consumer finance, or credit products
• Nice to have: experience scaling a net-new product within an established startup
• Nice to have: previous experience at a unicorn

• Build a new growth engine from scratch for the company's new Money AI product

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid social, search, newsletters, influencers, and new channels
• Run fast experiments to find, validate, and scale the channels that work, and cut the ones that don't
• Set up tracking and attribution, and measure campaign performance against CAC, LTV, and conversion goals
• Build and iterate on landing pages and write copy that converts
• Use AI tools and automations to speed up campaign execution, analysis, and reporting
• Coordinate with the existing growth team so new acquisition efforts don't cannibalize the current engine
• Share results, learnings, and recommendations with leadership and turn them into next steps
