What You'll Achieve

- Master Advanced Attribution Models: Leverage complex attribution frameworks to measure true campaign impact, enabling strategic resource allocation that maximizes ROAS.
- Orchestrate Full-Funnel Excellence: Design and optimize prospecting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns across platforms, creating seamless customer journeys that drive acquisition and loyalty.
- Drive Performance Accountability: Take complete ownership of paid media performance metrics, consistently delivering against aggressive ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate targets.
- Spearhead Creative Strategy: Partner with design and content teams to develop compelling, on-brand creative assets that deliver exceptional engagement and conversion rates.
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years of digital marketing mastery, including at least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands with proven revenue impact.
- Extensive multi-platform expertise across Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance marketing channels, consistently meeting or exceeding ROAS targets.
- Advanced campaign tracking and attribution capabilities, translating complex data into actionable optimization strategies that drive business results.
- Full-funnel optimization experience from awareness through conversion, including sophisticated ad-to-landing page alignment techniques.
- Creative direction talent with proven ability to conceptualize compelling ad concepts and guide design teams toward high-converting assets.
- Strategic problem-solving mindset that identifies opportunities, overcomes challenges, and discovers untapped growth potential in competitive markets.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data into compelling insights that influence stakeholders at all levels.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in the mattress, furniture, or home goods sector.
- Hands-on expertise with programmatic advertising and TikTok Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency with automated ad creation tools and Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO).
- Track record of creating and optimizing video content for social and search platforms.
- Working knowledge of Meta Shopping features and other social commerce integrations.
