About the Role
PUDO Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the expansion of our brand and services in the U.S. and Canadian market. This role will focus on adding new customers and building market awareness with retailers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to utilize PUDO as their vendor for e-commerce pickup and return solutions.
PUDO has been growing organically without a formal sales and marketing effort. This role offers the opportunity to join the company at the ground level to build a proper sales and marketing initiative and participate in that growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales and marketing professional to leverage experience gained in a larger organization and step into a leadership role in a high-growth entrepreneurial company.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential retail and logistics partners who can benefit from PUDO’s last-mile delivery solutions.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive adoption of PUDO services in Canada.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts to grow the PUDO customer base and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and integration.
Marketing & Brand Building
- Increase brand awareness of PUDO in Canada through digital marketing, PR, events, and industry networking.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns targeting key decision-makers in retail and logistics.
- Work closely with PUDO’s customer service and operations teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Track and analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine marketing and sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in logistics, retail, or e-commerce sectors).
- Proven experience in brand-building and market expansion.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian e-commerce retail landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Compensation
· $70,000-$200,000 per year
· Salary plus commission
