Project and Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer based in Colombia to join our LATAM Experience Design team. This role focuses on visual design and design systems, with a strong emphasis on applying existing white-label patterns and ensuring brand alignment across products. You will work on reskinning interfaces, making targeted UX enhancements, and collaborating closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mastery of Figma, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly present their design process and rationale through compelling case studies. Strong English fluency is critical, as you will work with North American stakeholders and need to effectively understand, communicate, and apply feedback.

Your Impact

Apply and extend existing design systems and UI toolkits to deliver consistent, brand-aligned experiences across platforms
Reskin digital products using established white-label patterns, ensuring visual quality and compliance with brand guidelines
Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and project managers to deliver user-friendly, production-ready interfaces
Clearly communicate design decisions, processes, and outcomes through case studies and presentations
Incorporate client and team feedback into iterative design improvements, demonstrating agility and collaboration
Enhance user experience by applying thoughtful UI refinements where appropriate

Your Skills & Experience

5+ Years of proven experience as a UI/Visual Designer with a portfolio showcasing strong use of design systems and process-driven case studies
Advanced proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to clearly present design process and apply feedback effectively
Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency across digital products
Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams (UX, PMs, engineers) and adapt to fast-paced, agile environments
Experience preparing and presenting case studies that demonstrate clear design methodology and outcomes

Set Yourself Apart With

Hands-on exposure to atomic design principles or experience working with design tokens in partnership with engineering teams
Familiarity with white-label product design and reskin projects
