Job description:

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions to support audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and strategic insights. This role involves hands-on coding in Python for data manipulation, modeling, and automation of data pipelines, as well as extensive use of Databricks, AWS Redshift, and SQL for data querying, ETL processes, and notebook development. You will also design and maintain dashboards and data visualizations, primarily with Tableau, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support brand-specific analytics and contribute to knowledge sharing within the group. Additionally, you will conduct data discovery, generate insights, and provide analytical support to drive strategic decision-making

Required Profile:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a data science.
  • Working knowledge of advanced statistical concepts and machine learning techniques (logistic regression, k-means clustering, etc.).
  • Understanding of experimental design and the concept of statistical significance in terms of test results.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks and AWS (Redshift); Azure experience is acceptable but AWS is preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience with SQL and databases.
  • Strong Python programming skills, including experience with relevant libraries for data science and analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database manipulation.
  • Ability to create dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.
  • English level b2+ - C1
