🚀 Marketing Manager – Remote (UK)

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + benefits | Fully remote

We’re on a mission to become the UK’s largest and most successful agency recruiting exclusively into accountancy firms, and we’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing function.

This is a pivotal role where you’ll:

✅ Own and deliver our marketing strategy

✅ Lead on content, campaigns, SEO, social & email

✅ Manage a Marketing Assistant and external agencies

✅ Collaborate closely with recruiters, admin and senior management to align marketing with business goals

✅ Take charge of a full website redesign project

You’ll need:

✔️ Circa 10 years’ marketing experience

✔️ A mix of strategic vision and hands-on delivery

✔️ Strong content and digital skills

✔️ Experience in recruitment or B2B services

✔️ Confidence working remotely and cross-functionally
