We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with expertise and passion in these areas:
- Growth: Someone who is passionate about scaling businesses, optimizing campaigns, and driving measurable growth. This role is designed for a marketing strategist who can think creatively, make data-driven decisions, and implement impactful campaigns across channels (especially LinkedIn). This person would be at the forefront of accelerating our growth, acquiring new customers, and deepening engagement. Most be able to lead the conversation - not instructed step-by-step.
- Asset & Project Management: This role will handle a steady stream of asset and project requests, so strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent time management are essential.
- Organic Social: A creative and strategic Organic Social Media Specialist who works hand-and-hand with our social media freelancer. Someone who has ideas and the ability to apply knowledge that will elevate our brand, engage our community, and tell our story in a way that resonates with our audience.
- Analytics: Someone who is highly analytical and data-focused. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on numbers, loves dissecting data for insights, and is excited to inform marketing decisions based on data. This person will play a pivotal role in optimizing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring our marketing efforts are both effective and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth - Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Membership (Sales), Programming and Events
- Implement end-to-end campaigns across various channels (LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE IN PAID ADS, LINKEDIN SALES NAVIGATOR, & CO-PILOT) to maximize reach and ROI.
Organic Social
- Develop, implement, and manage organic social media strategies across platforms (LINKEDIN + INSTAGRAM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED).
- Craft engaging, on-brand content including posts, stories, carousels, and reels.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement, reach, and growth.
- Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, marketing) to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns.
- Build and nurture online communities, responding to comments and fostering meaningful interactions.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Leverage data and analytics to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on metrics such as conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and cost per acquisition.
- Run A/B tests to optimize content and targeting, enhancing effectiveness and reducing acquisition costs.
Growth Hacking & Optimization:
- Identify new growth channels and opportunities, employing a test-and-learn approach to discover high-impact initiatives.
- Take organic social trends and translate them into effective paid media campaigns.
- Optimize website and landing page performance through conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics.
- Use marketing automation tools to improve engagement and nurture leads effectively.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the creative & marketing team to align messaging and brand positioning.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership on campaign successes and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adapt strategies proactively.
Salesforce Management & Event App:
- Assist in using Salesforce as it relates to our mobile event app - EVENTMOBI
- Create and manage Salesforce dashboards and reports to inform marketing and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and optimize sales funnel performance.
- Support the development of the event app, focusing on personal itinerary curation and general backend functionality.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role with demonstrated success in scaling marketing initiatives.
- Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel) and experience in measuring campaign performance and ROI.
- Analytical Mindset: A detail-oriented and data-driven approach, with the ability to make informed decisions based on metrics.
- Salesforce Experience: Knowledge of Salesforce for marketing and sales processes, including reporting, segmentation, and lead management.
- Marketing Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and A/B testing
- Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to drive growth, coupled with a strong understanding of growth hacking techniques.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey data insights and recommendations effectively.
