More on Key Responsibilities…
- Growth Strategy & Execution: Lead and execute customer acquisition and engagement strategies, including paid campaigns (especially LinkedIn Sales Navigator), in collaboration with Sales and Events teams.
- Email Marketing Strategy & Execution: Help with targeted email workflows, automation, and segmentation, driving alignment with Sales and Events teams to maximize conversion and retention.
- Project & Asset Management: End-to-end oversight of timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration, paired with organization and tracking of creative and digital assets, ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Organic Social Media: Manage LinkedIn and Instagram content and strategy (posts, reels, carousels), track engagement, and grow online communities.
- Data & Analytics: Use data to report on performance, run A/B tests, and optimize conversion, acquisition, and engagement metrics.
- Growth Hacking: Identify new growth channels, turn social trends into paid strategies, and improve website and funnel performance using CRO and automation tools.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Align with creative and marketing on messaging; present insights to leadership; adapt to industry and customer trends.
- Salesforce & Event App Support: Manage Salesforce dashboards, assist with event app (EventMobi) setup, and ensure strong coordination between marketing and sales teams.
Qualifications:
- Marketing Experience: 3+ years in growth or digital marketing with proven results.
- Data & Analytics: Skilled in Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign ROI tracking.
- Salesforce: Experienced in marketing/sales processes, reporting, and lead management.
- Tools: Proficient in HubSpot, A/B testing, and automation platforms.
- Creative & Analytical: Strong growth mindset with innovative, data-driven strategies.
- Communication: Clear, effective communicator of insights and recommendations.
