Marketing Executive

PTE Magic Philippines is looking for a Marketing Executive to lead the way in promoting our PTE tutoring services. We're not just looking for someone who can post online — we're looking for someone who can plan, execute, analyze, and grow.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to build brand presence and drive user acquisition, especially for the PTE Magic Philippines market
• Create and manage engaging content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant channels to increase brand awareness and drive leads
• Develop and manage lead generation funnels and campaigns that align with business goals
• Collaborate closely with Academic, Operations, and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with student engagement and conversion goals
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to stay updated on trends, student behavior, and emerging opportunities
• Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and community groups to expand organic reach
• Build and maintain relationships with B2B partners, including education agents, organizations, and schools; arrange and attend partnership meetings
• Generate new B2B partnerships and marketing collaborations to support enrollment growth
• Track and report key performance metrics (e.g., lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate) and provide regular campaign analysis to inform strategy
• Work with our ads manager to create and optimize paid advertising and boosted content
• Engage with online student communities, respond to inquiries, and moderate our Facebook groups, webinars, and student chats
• Support influencer, KOL, and affiliate marketing efforts, from outreach to coordination and reporting

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience in digital marketing and lead generation
• Confident using tools like Facebook Ads Manager, and Canva
• Creative thinker with strong initiative and a goal-driven mindset
• Strong coordination skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred, not required)
