Marketing Specialist

The Creative & Marketing Operations Specialist serves as an owner of the Creative and Marketing's operating model, milestone planning process, and enterprise scheduling infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining and executing critical business calendars, managing milestone meeting structures, coordinating cross-functional workflows, and partnering with Project Managers, Brand Operations, Executive Assistants, and Production to ensure efficient planning across campaigns, photoshoots, launches, and leadership-driven business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and operational planning tools.
• Own daily maintenance of Outlook planners and Smartsheet reporting to ensure alignment with the operating model.
• Schedule Marketing & Creative teams meetings.
• Coordinate & schedule Marketing leadership and cross-functional meetings with brand stakeholders alignment.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, process gaps, timing risks, and recommend solutions.
• Manage and maintain attendee documentation and ensure planners are up to date.
• Facilitate recurring meetings and partner with cross-functional teams to drive calendar alignment on organizational priorities and executive milestones.
• Uphold the most efficient operational workflow and support a culture of continuous improvement.
• Possess deep knowledge of the overall end-to-end Marketing operations and processes to support teams.
• Regularly assess operations to identify areas of improvement and efficiencies in day-to-day workflow.
• Support planning activities and process improvements to drive efficiency and visibility across the organization.
• Provide ad hoc process documentation and project management support.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4-6 years’ experience.
