Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive

Work experience: 3 to 6 years

Work mode: Remote

Shift timing: 7PM to 4 AM

Skillset Required

• WordPress: Proficient in managing and updating website content, installing plugins, and basic troubleshooting.
• HighLevel (GoHighLevel): Must have a more in-depth understanding of the platform or be willing to take a class that we already own to enhance skills.
• Canva: Skilled in creating visually appealing graphics for social media, newsletters, and website content.
• Social Media Management: Ability to schedule and post content daily across various platforms, engage with followers, and use relevant hashtags.
• Email Marketing: Proficient in drafting and scheduling weekly newsletters, managing email lists, and analyzing open rates.
• Time Management: Must be available to work within our time zone to ensure timely content posting and communication.

Daily Responsibilities

• Manage WordPress Website:

• Update content, blog posts, and images as needed.

• Ensure plugins and themes are up to date.

• Social Media Posting:

• Create and schedule daily posts using Canva for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and more.

• Email Marketing:

• Draft, design, and schedule weekly newsletters using HighLevel or other email platforms.

• Monitor open rates and adjust content based on performance.

• Campaign Management:

• Assist with creating and managing marketing campaigns on HighLevel.

• Track and report on campaign performance.

• Graphics and Content Creation:

• Design promotional graphics and content using Canva.

• Ensure all visuals align with our branding and promotional offers.

• Training and Development:

• If needed, complete the HighLevel class that we provide to enhance platform expertise.

• Reporting and Feedback:

• Provide weekly reports on social media growth, email performance, and website analytics.

• Suggest improvements based on analytics.
